Rolling out to your team

A pragmatic path from "signed up" to "the whole company is using it."

Phase 1 — Configure (you) #

1. Connect SSO and verify your domain(s).
2. Turn on SCIM and assign a pilot group first (not everyone at once).
3. Set your security policies and pick which features are on.
4. Create the shared vaults your pilot team needs.

Phase 2 — Pilot (a small group) #

• Have the pilot group install the Veridenti extension and sign in with SSO.
• Confirm autofill, shared-vault access, and masked email work in their real workflow.
• Watch the Security reports and Human-risk dashboard to see adoption and posture.

Phase 3 — Roll out #

• Expand SCIM assignment to the rest of the company.
• Communicate the "why": one login for work and personal, breach containment, no more spreadsheets.
• Use Access reviews on a schedule to keep access clean.

What if… #

• Adoption stalls — check the Human-risk dashboard for who isn't reporting; target enablement there.
• A team needs different rules — scope a policy to their group rather than changing org-wide settings.
