Legacy Vault
Why it's there
If something happened to you tomorrow, would your family know which bank you use, which policies exist, or how to reach your attorney? The Legacy Vault is where you record what they'd need — in one place, encrypted, on your terms.
What it is
A private inventory of your important accounts and information, organized into sections. Sensitive sections stay sealed (encrypted) until they're needed, and you can hand your family a clean PDF to follow.
What you can record
Open the Legacy tab and add entries under any of these:
- Financial Institutions — checking, savings, and other bank accounts.
- Investment Accounts — retirement, brokerage, and other investments.
- Insurance Policies — home, auto, life, and other policies.
- Medical & Health — health plans and providers, with the member IDs and numbers to call.
- Digital Assets — crypto, domains, online businesses. Kept sealed.
- Subscriptions & Services — recurring things to cancel or transfer.
- Important Contacts — the people your family should call: attorney, accountant, advisor.
- Document Locations — where to find your will, deed, and titles (not the papers themselves).
- Final Wishes — funeral preferences, account closures, and anything you'd want your family to know.
Add an entry
Pick a section, fill in the fields (for a bank: institution, account type, a nickname, the customer-service number), and save. You decide how much detail to include.
