Stay safe: scams & password health

The Safety tab is your protection at a glance — a Protection score, a scam checker, and alerts about breached accounts and leaked passwords.

Your Protection score

What it is

A single grade (A–F) for how exposed your accounts are. It drops for passwords found in breaches, passwords you've reused, weak passwords, breached accounts, and passwords over a year old — and lists the fixes in the order that helps most.

How to use it

Open the Safety tab and start at the top of the fix list, then work down. Each fix links straight to the action — generate a strong password, change a breached one, or make a reused one unique.

The scam checker

Why

Scam texts and emails are designed to rush you. A second opinion, right when you're unsure, breaks the spell.

How to use it

In Safety → "Is this a scam?", paste the suspicious message and click Check this message. Veridenti checks it entirely on your device — nothing is sent anywhere — and answers plainly: "This looks like a scam," "Be careful — warning signs," or "No obvious scam signs." It explains what it spotted, so you learn the patterns.

Account breaches

When a company you have an account with is breached, it appears under Account breaches. On Plus, one tap on Contain walks you through it: it makes a strong new password, disables the leaked masked alias, creates a fresh one, and opens the site so you can update it.

Leak Radar

Getting spam you can't explain? Leak Radar spots which company leaked or sold your info — often before it's public — because each site has its own masked email. It's checked on your device, and we never read your mail.

NoteSeeing your risks is free forever — the honest diagnosis is the point. The guided one-tap fixes (Contain, breach-password repair) are part of Plus.
